Summary

Join Kyo, a leading provider of ABA therapy for individuals with autism, as a Sr. Data Analyst. Lead the delivery of data and reporting initiatives, serving as a hands-on contributor and strategic partner to business teams. Oversee analytics workflows, shape requirements, lead sprints, and champion the data function. Develop, enhance, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports. Build and maintain the companyโ€™s data pipeline using SQL (Postgres and MSSQL Server). Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder engagement. Manage and mentor other data team members. Manipulate large datasets to support operational, financial, and clinical decision-making. Ensure data integrity and usability across departments. Champion data best practices and advise non-technical teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related role
  • Proven expertise with a data visualization tool (eg Tableau or Power BI)
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL (Postgres or MSSQL Server) for data exploration, transformation, and reporting
  • Experience working directly with stakeholders to gather requirements, define metrics, and iterate on solutions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to actively participate in discussions with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Familiarity with project management and ticketing tools like JIRA, Asana, or equivalent
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or other analytical field

Responsibilities

  • Own the development, enhancement, and maintenance of Tableau dashboards and reports used across the company
  • Build and maintain the companyโ€™s data pipeline in collaboration with team members. Write efficient, maintainable SQL (Postgres and MSSQL Server), support API-driven ETL infrastructure
  • Gather, clarify, and document business requirements through regular engagement with internal stakeholders
  • Assign and review work for other members of the data team, providing guidance, support, and quality assurance
  • Manipulate large datasets to query, analyze, and visualize data in support of operational, financial, and clinical decision-making
  • Ensure the integrity, consistency, and usability of dashboards and reporting tools across departments
  • Champion data best practices and serve as a trusted advisor to non-technical teams on how to leverage analytics for impact

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to scripting or automation in Python or R
  • Experience with ETL design and data modeling best practices
  • Experience providing technical guidance or peer review within a data team
  • Understanding of agile project management principles
  • Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or a mission-driven environment is a plus
