Senior Analyst, Data Strategy And Operations

Summary

Join Brightwheel's Data Operations team as an Analyst and play a key role in supporting company-wide acquisitions. You will drive mission-critical projects, focusing on market sizing, data enrichment, and distribution strategy. Collaborate with various teams (Product, Analytics, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Finance) to optimize lead data and provide actionable insights. This role demands attention to detail, strong organization, collaboration, project management, and analytical skills. Requirements

• 4+ years experience in a complex or high-growth environment
• Analytical mindset and fluency with numbers
• Google Sheets/Excel skills such as pivot tables and lookups
• Experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools such as Tableau, Sigma
• Familiarity with SQL and Salesforce
• Comfortable in ambiguous environments while maintaining a strong bias for action
• Structured written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Turn insights into action: Dive deep into data, process, and customer experience to identify critical insights for improving business performance and translate these into action
• Achieve extraordinary results: Design and execute work necessary to achieve audacious business goals
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with sales, engineering, analytics, and systems operations teams to efficiently deliver data & insights on database health and performance. Establish and manage key relationships with external partners and 3rd party vendors to support sourcing and enrichment efforts
