You will be part of the Science & Analytics team, working with data to identify growth opportunities and improve processes. Requirements

  • Have had previous experiences as Data Analyst, ideally in scale-up environments (5-6 years)
  • You have a strong business acumen and are seen as a trusted partner by your business stakeholders
  • Are seasoned working with SQL, DBT and data visualization tools
  • Are confortable collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders beyond the data team
  • Have strong communication skills and are capable of articulating your ideas clearly
  • Are Fluent in English - French is a plus

Responsibilities

  • You will proactively use data to identify opportunities to grow our business or improve our processes
  • You will be a real sparring partner for Product & Operation leaders, feed their strategy by anticipating the most important product and business questions, and leverage your data & statistical skills to answer them
  • You will drive our self-service approach to analytics, by understanding our colleagueโ€™s needs in their use of data, and promoting a data driven culture
  • The Science & Analytics team is also fully in charge of creating data models in the Data Warehouse (using dbt)
  • You will contribute to shaping the Data Engineering roadmap to deliver the best experience for your colleagues on the data platform
