Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience working well with business stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and communicate recommendations to leadership
- Strong analytical background with experience demonstrating an aptitude to compile data in comprehensive reports, analyze trends, and make fact-based recommendations
- Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, QlikView, PowerBI, or Looker to build dynamic/scalable dashboards and reports
- Experience with data extraction, manipulation, and blending across different data sources (Google Analytics, DoubleClick for Publishers, SQL Server, Snowflake, AWS, Salesforce, flat files, etc)
- Ability to write SQL queries against complex databases for data extraction
- Team-oriented, success-driven, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
Responsibilities
- Oversee the quality and maintenance of our Healthgrades data, which involves QAing events on site, troubleshooting issues with data ingestion, and resolving inaccuracies in the data when possible
- Conduct analyses, build dashboards, create reports, and more to enable our business partners to best make decisions using our data
- Interact with senior leadership to provide data driven recommendations to executives to help shape our Healthgrades strategy
- Build relationships with our teams and data science teams to identify new opportunities for advanced analytics within the Healthgrades businesses
Preferred Qualifications
- Statistical programming knowledge (e.g., R or Python)
- Experience in people management within a technical domain
