Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst or related role in a data-centric environment
• Advanced proficiency with SQL, and experience using data visualisation tools such as Looker
• In-depth understanding of data modelling concepts, data transformation, and analytical methodologies
• Proven experience managing large datasets
• Exceptional communications skills, capable of effectively managing relationships with diverse stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders across all business units to deeply understand business processes, challenges, and data requirements
• Clearly document business data needs and translate them into actionable technical specifications
• Act as a bridge between engineering and operations teams to operationalise and automate data processes
• Design, build, and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports that support operations and strategic decision making
• Own, manage and optimize the BI platform and derived data models
• Proactively troubleshoot and manage improvements to reporting logic and data workflows
• Conduct a detailed analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
• Lead investigations into data anomalies and swiftly resolve issues to maintain data integrity
• Continuously monitor data quality and implement measures to ensure accuracy across all data systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry experience in finance, payments, and SaaS, highly desirable
• Experience with data warehousing platforms such as Snowflake is desirable
