Summary

Join Dealfront, a B2B go-to-market platform, as a Senior Data Product Manager to lead the next generation of data intelligence and enrichment products. You will manage and innovate with an expansive dataset, including over 40 million companies and 200 million contacts. This role involves reimagining how to understand a company at scale, in real time, and with context. You'll drive initiatives that enrich company profiles using structured and unstructured data, build systems that understand market signals, and introduce generative AI agents into enrichment flows. This is a role for a builder and systems thinker who sees data as a product and knows how to make it feel alive for the user. You will be responsible for evolving our understanding of a company, embedding generative AI into enrichment, closing data gaps intelligently, making data discoverable and usable, and driving quality and trust.

Requirements

  • You’ve spent at least 3–5 years in product management, ideally building or scaling data products in a B2B SaaS or platform environment
  • You’ve owned enrichment pipelines, classification systems, or search-based experiences, and have experience with data governance and quality frameworks to support AI product development
  • You’ve worked with (or are excited by) generative AI systems and research agents for tasks like classification, summarisation, or signal extraction
  • You have hands-on experience sourcing, evaluating, and integrating third-party datasets to fill coverage or quality gaps
  • You think in systems: How data is generated, stored, enriched, and ultimately used
  • You care about data quality, but also about delivering immediate value to end users
  • You’re comfortable with ambiguity, can move fast without perfect information, and know how to prioritise
  • You’re excited to own a mission-critical domain in Europe’s leading go-to-market platform, and to define how we apply generative AI to one of the largest datasets in B2B sales

Responsibilities

  • Lead a portfolio of initiatives that span enrichment, classification, and signal surfacing
  • Evolving our understanding of a “company”: You’ll define how our platform interprets what a company does, sells, targets, and cares about, using both structured taxonomies and unstructured data sources
  • Embedding generative AI into enrichment: You’ll drive the integration of research agents into our enrichment pipeline, enhancing how we read websites, infer targeting models, and generate clean, contextual insights
  • Closing data gaps intelligently: Whether through partnerships, scraping, LLMs, or smart internal logic - you’ll ensure our data products are always ahead of the market in coverage and relevance
  • Making data discoverable and usable: You’ll work with UX, search, and platform teams to make sure enriched insights are surfaced where and when users need them - whether that’s natural language search, AI-generated lists, or CRM exports
  • Driving quality and trust: You'll define quality KPIs, implement evaluation loops (including known-truth datasets), and work closely with legal and privacy teams to maintain our compliance posture

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with LLM prompt engineering, agents, or orchestration frameworks
  • Understanding of company taxonomies like NACE, NAICS, or proprietary tagging systems
  • Experience building or using feedback loops to train and improve AI systems
