Join Key Data, a leading provider of short-term rental market data, as a Senior Product Manager to spearhead the roadmap, ideation, and execution of dashboard products. You will translate customer needs into product briefs, wireframes, and go-to-market plans, collaborating with various teams. The ideal candidate possesses 3-5+ years of SaaS product management experience in BI or data visualization, a strong understanding of AI-enabled tools, and a proven ability to drive product adoption and growth. This role involves gathering and synthesizing customer feedback, leading ideation sessions, leveraging AI-enabled tools, and collaborating cross-functionally. You will also measure and iterate on product performance, manage customer requests, and champion a bias for action. Requirements
- 3-5+ years of hands-on SaaS Product Management, ideally with BI or data visualization products
- Demonstrated ability to drive product adoption, feature usage growth, and positive shifts in NPS and retention
- Strong understanding of AI-enabled tools and how they can be applied to BI or analytics products
- Comfort with SQL or similar analytics tools, and familiarity with dashboard platforms (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
- Skilled at writing clear product briefs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Expertise in wireframing tools (Figma, Sketch, Balsamiq, etc.) to create early mockups
- Solid understanding of Agile/sprint methodologies, backlog grooming, and sprint planning
- Proven experience working cross-functionally with Customer Success, Professional Services/PSM, UX/UI, Engineering, QA, and GTM (Sales/Marketing) teams
- A self-starter who can move quickly from idea to execution, unblock colleagues, and keep projects on schedule
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present complex ideas to diverse stakeholders
- Successful track record of working in a fully remote environment, coordinating across multiple time zones (CST overlap preferred)
Responsibilities
- Gather and Synthesize Feedback
- Partner closely with Customer Service and PSM teams to collect, triage, and analyze qualitative and quantitative customer feedback
- Translate feedback into compelling product briefs that solve core customer problems (e.g., BI reporting gaps, benchmarking needs)
- Ideation & Conceptualization
- Lead ideation sessions to conceptualize new features or enhancements—running wireframe sketches, mockups, or low-fidelity prototypes before handing off to UX/UI
- Ensure user-centric design by validating ideas through customer interviews,usability tests, and data analysis
- Leverage AI-Enabled Tools
- Stay informed on AI/ML best practices and recommend how AI-powered analytics or predictive features could enhance our dashboards
- Collaborate with data teams to incorporate AI insights (e.g., anomaly detection, forecasting) into product proposals
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with a dedicated Project Manager who allocates Development, UX, and UI resources for this product
- Serve as the central point of contact between UX/UI designers, software engineers, QA, and the GTM (Sales/Marketing) teams to ensure smooth Launches
- Partner with GTM stakeholders to craft go-to-market plans, positioning, and training materials for new dashboard releases
- Measure & Iterate
- Work with PSM to track key metrics—user adoption, feature-usage growth, NPS, retention—and iterate on product priorities to optimize those KPIs
- Run A/B tests or pilots as needed to validate feature impact
- Manage and Triage Customer Requested Enhancements and Bugs
- Triage critical issues or bug reports with QA and Engineering, ensuring timely resolution
- Manage enhancement requests
- Champion a Bias for Action
- Proactively identify gaps in processes or opportunities for rapid improvement—removing blockers and driving swift decisions
- Help create a culture of continuous delivery and customer-obsessed innovation within the Product team
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency with Jira/Aha/Clickup or similar roadmapping tools; hands-on experience with analytics platforms (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a bonus
- Experience collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing on positioning, launch plans, and enablement
- Bonus Skills: Familiarity with advanced data modeling techniques, predictive analytics, or other AI/ML pipelines
