Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or analytics
• Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) or R
• Strong SQL skills for data querying, manipulation, and analysis
• Experience with ML models, feature engineering, and statistical analysis
• Familiarity with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Snowflake, Redshift)
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn)
• Strong understanding of A/B testing, hypothesis testing, and experimentation
• Ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy machine learning models to support business objectives
• Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization
• Perform data cleaning, processing, and transformation to ensure accuracy
• Work with structured and unstructured data, applying statistical analysis and predictive modeling
• Design and optimize A/B testing strategies to enhance business performance
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to implement data-driven solutions
• Develop data visualization dashboards to communicate insights effectively
• Stay updated on the latest AI, ML, and big data trends to drive innovation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Cloud Platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Familiarity with NLP, deep learning, or reinforcement learning
• Knowledge of ETL processes and data pipeline optimization
• Background in e-commerce, healthcare, finance, or similar data-heavy industries
