Summary

Join Mindera's team as a Senior Data Solutions Architect and transform client challenges into powerful data solutions. Build, maintain, scale, and integrate robust, big data-based platforms supporting client strategic goals. This role requires proven experience in designing scalable, high-performance, and resilient global solutions. You will bootstrap new teams and projects, setting technical direction and ensuring successful launches. Pre-sales experience and strong stakeholder management skills are essential. The position involves approximately 15% national and international travel.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in designing scalable, highly-performant, and resilient global solutions
  • Strong grasp of and experience with cloud technology, cloud architecture, scalable design patterns, CI/CD, DevSecOps practices, and microservices
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to design innovative solutions
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment
  • Familiarity with SAAS implementation and integration
  • Programming in one or more languages within our data ecosystem (e.g. Python, SQL)

Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, scale, and integrate robust, big data-based platforms that directly support our clients' strategic goals
  • Bootstrap new teams and projects from the ground up, setting the technical direction and ensuring successful launch
  • Experience or a strong aptitude for pre-sales activities, including technical discussions with potential clients and presenting solutions
  • Converting business requirements into detailed, implementation-ready technical designs
  • Manage diverse stakeholders effectively, ensuring alignment and successful project delivery

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience as a Solutions Architect and Data Engineer
  • Proficiency in data warehousing concepts and multidimensional data modelling techniques
  • Strong understanding of data management principles, data governance, and data privacy regulations
