Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience in demand generation, preferably in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology
• Strong project management and team leadership skills
• Proficiency in HubSpot
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign performance
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Creative thinker with a passion for developing engaging marketing campaigns

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and support revenue growth
• Ensure timely brainstorming, development, and execution of social media ads
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, content, and product marketing to align demand generation activities with business goals
• Oversee marketing automation tools and CRM systems to track campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights
• Lead the creation of compelling campaigns that resonate with our target audience
• Optimize the lead funnel, from awareness through conversion, using data-driven approaches
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure efficient execution of marketing initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the healthcare software industry and/or outpatient rehab
• Experience with Warmly or other unbundled ABM software
