Summary
Join Tillster as a Senior Demand Generation Manager and lead end-to-end campaign strategy, execution, and performance analysis. You will build and execute integrated marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads, developing multi-channel programs to drive engagement and aligning with sales to support pipeline acceleration. Responsibilities include creating targeted campaigns, developing nurture programs, and standardizing campaign tracking and reporting. You will need 5+ years of relevant experience with enterprise demand generation, strong analytical and creative skills, impactful copywriting abilities, and familiarity with paid media. Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience with enterprise demand generation
- You are thoughtful about what moves the needle and what doesn’t when targeting enterprise buyers at B2B SaaS companies
- Creative yet analytical. You have a history of thinking outside the box to run campaigns that stand out from the noise and drive an enterprise pipeline for the sales team
- Impactful copywriting and knows what will resonate with the intended audience. You’ll work with creative design partners internally to bring your copy and campaigns to life
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and technology to an enterprise buyer. Distill what is important and make it memorable
- Familiar with paid media. You will assist in instructing multiple agencies to meet your campaign needs and metrics. You will hold agencies accountable for coordinated campaign launch activities and distribution
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, History, English, Communications, Finance or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Builds and executes integrated marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads
- Develop multi-channel programs (events, webinars, ABM, outbound plays) to drive engagement
- Aligns closely with sales to ensure campaigns support pipeline acceleration and revenue goals
- Works with digital agencies to ensure all efforts are coordinated and timely
- Creates targeted, persona-based campaigns to attract ideal customers
- Develops nurture programs to keep prospects engaged and move them through the funnel
- Supports retention efforts through re-engagement and expansion campaigns
- Owns campaign strategy and execution, ensuring cross-functional alignment with sales, content, and field marketing
- Standardizes campaign tracking, measurement, and reporting for greater visibility into performance
- Enables sales with campaign insights, messaging, and supporting assets
- Brings operational efficiency to demand generation, allowing for more scalable and repeatable programs
- Orchestrates and drives multi-channel campaigns to attract enterprise buyers and generate pipelines. Owns all channel distributions, ABM strategy, and optimize performances. Collaborate with sales, creative, and agencies to execute high-impact campaigns that convert
- Attract new enterprise buyers to Tillster by ensuring we stay top of mind
- Orchestrate multi-channel, multi-threaded campaigns by crafting worthy campaigns across all distribution channels
- You’ll know daily what companies are on our list (cold, warm, and hot), any open opportunities and the people involved at each opportunity
- Identify patterns and topics of interest that speaks to pain points from both existing open and close opportunities
- Run and manage 1: Many and 1:Few ABM campaigns accordingly; coordinate with digital agencies as needed
- Ensure touchpoints are correctly recorded and tagged across marketing and sales
- Owns weekly metrics and reporting of all campaign performance, document insights, and gleans insights from data
- Runs and fine tunes enterprise campaigns including outbound via email, direct mail, content syndication and experimental initiatives. Owns email marketing and list building activities
- Experiments, optimize and iterates on lead quality and spend
- Other duties as directed or required
Benefits
- Expected base salary range $110,000 - $135,000
