Summary
Join Daxko as a Senior Demand Marketing Manager and drive integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns to boost pipeline growth and revenue. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute demand generation strategies. Leverage your data-driven, creative, and strategic marketing expertise in B2B and account-based marketing (ABM). You will develop and execute campaigns, manage their performance, and partner with sales to ensure alignment. Requirements
- Proven track record in developing and executing integrated B2B marketing campaigns, including goal setting, budget management, and performance measurement
- Expertise in account-based marketing (ABM) and inbound funnel strategies
- Strong knowledge of SEO, CRO, email marketing, content marketing, webinars, events, PPC, and social media
- Ability to analyze data, implement A/B testing strategies, and optimize performance to key KPIs
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to partner cross-functionally and drive measurable outcomes
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in B2B technology/SaaS marketing
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns aligned with targeted audiences and sales objectives to drive pipeline and revenue
- Create marketing plans that leverage affiliate networks, paid acquisition, search, email, mobile, and website CRO
- Work closely with designers and copywriters to craft compelling content that aligns with campaign strategy
- Manage the execution, tracking, and optimization of marketing campaigns, providing performance reports and recommendations
- Partner with Sales and Business Development to ensure strong alignment on lead generation, outreach cadence, and follow-up strategies
- Own the strategy for paid media, collaborating with the paid team to drive results
- Integrate new campaigns into email nurture programs and optimize audience segmentation
- Establish and refine workflow processes to improve team efficiency and campaign performance
- Build and implement a reporting framework for A/B testing, ensuring data-driven campaign improvements
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in fitness industry marketing (a plus)
