Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in brand and marketing design with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and conceptual work
- Proficient in Webflow for designing and building websites and landing pages
- Expertise in motion design, animation, and video editing, with proficiency in tools like After Effects and Premiere Pro
- Demonstrated experience using AI-powered creative tools (e.g., MidJourney, Runway, Adobe Firefly, DALL-E) to enhance design outputs and efficiency
- Deep understanding of brand development, product marketing, and storytelling
- Strong design skills across digital, print, and motion graphics
- Experience collaborating with marketing teams to deliver assets for advertising, social media, campaigns, and events
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and animation software
- Experience working in fast-paced environments and delivering under tight deadlines
Responsibilities
- Lead the creative development of marketing assets for brand, product marketing, and campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Design and build responsive, high-performing websites and landing pages using Webflow
- Develop creative concepts and compelling visual narratives for marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences
- Incorporate AI-powered tools and technologies to enhance design workflows, create innovative assets, and drive creative efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams to align design strategies with business objectives
- Create and edit video content to support marketing campaigns, utilizing tools like After Effects and Premiere Pro to produce high-quality animations and video assets
- Incorporate motion design and animations into marketing content to enhance engagement
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistent application across all design deliverables
- Act as a hands-on designer while mentoring junior team members, fostering creativity and growth within the team
- Partner with product teams to align product marketing materials with the broader design system and user experience
- Contribute to the overall creative direction of the brand, bringing innovative ideas to life

- US Candidates: The cash compensation range for this role is between $125,000 and $200,000 depending on experience and location. All roles are eligible to receive equity
