Requirements

• 4+ years game development in a design role
• Experience working on at least 1 AAA Console project
• Proven skills in product prioritisation and rapid design decisions
• Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills
• A good understanding of the requirements of an in-game economy

Responsibilities

• Be an integral part of the design team creating new and exciting features and content for a AAA open world console project
• Ensure smooth, clear communication within the design, development and publishing team
• Create and maintain design documentation
• Derive insight from the data analytics team and other sources to create a response plan
• Respond to and implement feedback from data, reviews and playtests
• Able to concisely articulate game concepts and analyse game mechanics
• Supporting junior designers
