Requirements

• Art, Design, or Merchandising degree recommended
• 5-7 years of experience in graphic design or a related field, with a preference for experience in the product market
• Impeccable eye for details, commitment to quality with meticulous attention to detail
• Self-motivator, possessing the ability to work effectively with little or no supervision
• Positive outlook and collaborative spirit
• High level of creative vision for design development of themes, topics, categories
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask, be flexible, prioritize and overcome obstacles with creative problem solving and cross-functional partnerships
• Proficiency with Adobe suite (Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute compelling visual designs for extensive product collections across diverse categories, aligning with our overall design strategy
• Partner with Merchandising leadership to create and implement effective merchandise strategies for specific categories and collections
• Oversee the curation and selection of engaging content for our brand's email campaigns
• Contribute to the creation of new product lines and categories, infusing them with innovative design concepts
• Guide and inspire junior designers by providing constructive feedback and fostering their professional growth
• Build strong relationships with teams across the organization to effectively collaborate and solve problems together
• Stay ahead of market trends and consumer preferences by regularly reviewing design and product performance. Use this knowledge to introduce new and innovative design concepts that keep the content fresh and engaging
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
