Remote Senior Developer

Summary

Flight3 is a global leader in Web3 marketing seeking a Senior Front End Developer with extensive project management experience to join their team. The candidate will lead front-end development projects, keep the company at the forefront of web development, and cultivate a culture of excellence within the development team. This role requires 5+ years of experience, proficiency in various technologies, leadership skills, and a passion for Web3.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Senior Front End Developer or similar role, with a proven track record of success in delivering high-quality web projects
• Extensive project management experience, with the ability to source and manage freelancers and liaise with clients effectively
• In-depth knowledge and experience in Three.js, React Three Fiber, Web3, and immersive web tools (e.g., Spline), with the ability to effectively leverage technology to create engaging web experiences
• Proficiency in Webflow, JavaScript, HTML, JQuery, Vercel, Figma, and other UI design tools

• Lead a team of talented developers, directing efforts to create cutting-edge web solutions for clients

Preferred Qualifications
