You will play a critical role in shaping and implementing DevOps practices, building reliable and secure systems, and collaborating with various teams. You will champion infrastructure-as-code practices and build compliance-ready infrastructure. Requirements
- 8β10+ years of DevOps or SRE experience
- Proven track record building and scaling production systems in cloud environments (preferably AWS)
- Deep knowledge of infrastructure automation, CI/CD tooling, containerization, and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Expertise in monitoring and alerting tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog)
- Experience with secrets management, service mesh, and distributed systems
- Strong knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements in healthcare
- Comfort with scripting languages such as Python or Bash
Responsibilities
- Design and implement a scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure
- Own and evolve our CI/CD pipelines to support rapid and safe deployment across environments
- Collaborate with AI, backend, and frontend teams to ensure end-to-end system reliability
- Introduce and manage observability platforms for performance, alerting, and logging
- Champion infrastructure-as-code practices with tools like Terraform and Ansible
- Solve complex challenges around service uptime, latency, and cost optimization
- Drive decisions on tooling, architecture, and DevOps culture
- Build compliance-ready infrastructure aligned with security and privacy standards like ISO 27001, SOC 2, and HIPAA
- Remain hands-on, actively contributing to the codebase and infrastructure
