Requirements
- 3-8 years of experience spanning at least two IT disciplines, including technical architecture, application development, or operations
- Working knowledge of enterprise data center technologies including storage platforms, network switching, and security infrastructure within a virtualized data center
- Knowledge of business process re-engineering principles and processes
- Strong understanding of application development methodologies
- Adept at evaluating problems accurately and displaying sound judgment
- Familiarity with a broad portfolio of AWS infrastructure tools (EBS, S3, EC2, Elastic IP, Route 53, VPC) and experience with cloud infrastructure management and automation technologies
- Scripting (shell, python, ruby) skills for monitoring and automation
- Continuous integration tools such as Jenkins, Hudson, etc
- Experience optimizing applications, both stand-alone and in distributed systems to maximize performance
- Experience maintaining an infrastructure and ensuring stability while adding new features
- Ability to clearly articulate design and implementation choices
- Ability to use a wide variety of open source technologies and tools
- Comfort with frequent, incremental code testing and deployment

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Human-Centered Design Teams: Leverage my technical expertise to bridge the gap between customer needs and innovative service delivery strategies, ensuring solutions align with user-centric goals
- Support Drupal CMS Infrastructure: Build and maintain reliable, scalable cloud-based systems using a broad suite of tools like AWS (EBS, S3, EC2, VPC, etc.), with a strong emphasis on automation and performance optimization
- Automate CI/CD Pipelines: Implement and manage Continuous Integration and Delivery solutions using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, and similar technologies, ensuring smooth deployment cycles
- Improve System Stability: Maintain existing infrastructure while integrating new features, optimizing system performance, and ensuring stability and uptime; Participate in on-call rotation
- Use Open-Source Technologies: Harness a wide variety of open-source tools to build and support robust applications, adhering to industry best practices
- Scripting and Monitoring: Develop scripts for automation, monitoring, and system maintenance to support high availability and fault tolerance using tools such as DataDog
- Continuous Delivery Patterns: Employ proven continuous delivery patterns to enable efficient testing, release, and deployment cycles
