Requirements

  • Proficiency with AWS and container orchestration using Kubernetes and Docker
  • Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and DevOps best practices
  • Proven experience designing and maintaining infrastructure for large-scale distributed systems and microservices architectures
  • Familiarity with backend technologies like Python, TypeScript, Go, or similar
  • SQL knowledge is required for database-related operations
  • Hands-on experience with Terraform and Helm for infrastructure provisioning and configuration management
  • Scripting proficiency in Python or Bash is essential for automation tasks
  • Strong experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD
  • Practical knowledge of managing relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL, and basic familiarity with NoSQL databases like MongoDB
  • Experience with monitoring and logging stacks such as ELK, Grafana, Prometheus, or similar tools
  • This role includes participation in an on-call rotation, supporting incident response and ensuring system availability

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to GitOps tools such as Argo CD or Flux is a plus
  • Familiarity with GitHub Actions or Bitbucket Pipelines is a bonus
  • Familiarity with Redis (caching) and RabbitMQ (messaging) is beneficial
