- Pipeline generation, new logo acquisition, and the ability to deliver a defined territory
- Close collaboration with various teams, including Alliances and Partnerships, Global Business Solutions, Client Success, and Field Marketing

- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas
- Understand the importance of planning on how to develop and win a market
- The Ability to analyze macro trends and then translate them into opportunities
- Collaborate with GTM teams for alignment with Degreedβs messaging and best practices
