Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in DevOps, preferably in the blockchain industry
• Proficiency in Linux/Unix operating systems and common system management and automation tools
• Strong knowledge of MySQL, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases (e.g., Redis, MongoDB)
• Expertise in containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, with hands-on DevOps experience
• In-depth understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL) and network troubleshooting skills
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and capacity to perform under pressure
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the blockchain exchange system, including server management, network configuration, and database maintenance
• Monitor exchange services, promptly identify and resolve system issues to ensure high availability and stability
• Manage and optimize system architecture to enhance performance, security, and scalability
• Lead emergency response and incident management, developing and implementing system recovery plans to minimize business impact
• Collaborate with the development team on system upgrades and feature releases, ensuring smooth deployment
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and standardized operational procedures
• Participate in system security audits and improvements to prevent and address potential threats
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to ensure seamless system operations
