Senior Digital Analyst

Join Clearsulting as a Senior Digital Analyst (OneStream) and be part of a team solving complex problems for multi-billion-dollar companies. This hybrid or remote role offers up to 20% travel. You will work with leadership to develop new capabilities and deliver high-quality project outcomes. Responsibilities include assisting in executing the full scope of leading practice System Development Lifecycle activities and training junior analysts. Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field of study, information technology, or engineering
• 3+ years of OneStream CPM/EPM implementation experience
• Experience designing and developing Cube Views, Dashboards, Data Integrations, Member Formulas, XFBR rules, business rules, Workflows, and core metadata structure
• Experience working for a consulting firm and/or in the professional services industry
• Effective organizational skills and ability to effectively manage multiple and competing priorities
• Technical knowledge across full OneStream functionality; financial consolidation, budgeting and forecasting, reporting, allocations, reconciliations, etc
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; can clearly convey complex business concepts to project stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team of problem solvers with strong CPM/EPM consulting experience to help finance and accounting executives at multi-billion-dollar companies solve complex problems, from strategy to execution
• Work with leadership to develop new capabilities, and support project teams in the delivery of high-quality project outcomes for your clients
• Assist in executing full scope of leading practice System Development Lifecycle activities – functional and technical requirements, solution design, interface and system build, testing cycles, training, and deployment
• Help train and delegate work to consulting analysts, while providing status updates to Managers and Directors
