Requirements

  • Reside in SΓ£o Paulo
  • Availability to go to the office at least once a month (our office is located in Berrini)
  • Fluency in English is mandatory
  • CRM experience is mandatory
  • Previous experience in contract negotiation and deal closing is mandatory
  • Strong adaptability and resilience to thrive in a dynamic environment

  • Sales oriented: focused on hitting targets and delivering strong sales results
  • Customer Experience: provide an understanding of the sales process and strategies to onboard new partners, understanding our partner's pain and how we can deal with objections

  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: identify improvements to optimize sales and partner experience
  • Communication & Collaboration: support seamless collaboration across internal teams like Technology, Operations, and Marketing
  • Stakeholder Management: ensure smooth coordination with prospects and internal teams to secure deals
  • CRM & Automation Tool Experience: essential for managing leads and tracking performance
  • Data Analysis Skills: help identify trends and evaluate campaign effectiveness for continuous improvement

Responsibilities

  • Support the Partner Sales Automation Senior Manager to develop strategies to increase inbound and outbound lead flow
  • Push for the right commercials to send to prospects to bring new partners to the network
  • Collaborate with other executives to optimize sales processes and maximize lead conversion rates
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency across all channels and campaigns
  • Ensure optimal Partner Experience for new signed partners by helping them launch smoothly
  • Work with Customer Success and Customer Experience teams to resolve problems that partners have. This will include designing the right processes to set us up for success
  • Track and report on key metrics to ensure continuous improvement and success

Preferred Qualifications

  • Spanish is a plus
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Zendesk is a plus
