Join Kaseya's Special Projects Group (SPG) as an Analyst and contribute to the execution of key initiatives that drive the company's growth. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in related areas of study, including: Business (e.g., Finance, Marketing, Org Behavior, Operations & Supply Chain), Economics, Engineering, Science, Technology, Mathematics, Liberal Arts (e.g., Psychology, Industrial and Labor Relations)
  • 1+ years of professional experience
  • Strong problem solver able to effectively operate in high pressure and dynamic situations
  • Demonstrated (through professional or academic experiences) ability to: Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis and use analytical tools, including Excel
  • Demonstrated (through professional or academic experiences) ability to: Synthesize information and distill key takeaways
  • Demonstrated (through professional or academic experiences) ability to: Work at a fast pace and in a rapidly changing environment
  • Demonstrated (through professional or academic experiences) ability to: Plan and / or execute projects
  • Demonstrated (through professional or academic experiences) ability to: Work collaboratively and independently
  • Highly flexible; able to respond to a dynamic and challenging environment
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer / client focus and results orientation
  • Self-starter with good time management to meet deadlines
  • Strong experience in MS Excel (e.g., vlookups, countifs, pivot tables) and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

  • Operate in a fast-paced environment and enable the growth of Kaseya through supporting the execution of key initiatives through complex problem solving and advanced analytics skills
  • Support the planning and execution of transformational initiatives through data analysis, research, project plan development / tracking, workshop planning / execution, recommendation development, deliverable creation, and program / KPI tracking
  • Support data analysis / visualization and/or development and maintenance of financial models
  • Build and maintain the plan to execute / operationalize solutions, including defining timelines, assigning ownership, developing communications / training plans, and executing against plans
  • Learn to navigate organizational dynamics, working across functions and levels to build relationships, gain an understanding of business processes, and support the design / implementation of solutions for improvement
  • Support the design and development of scalable solutions that enable growth of the organization
  • Drive progress and achieve results by clearly defining tasks, ownership, and timelines, and effectively escalating risks and issues
  • Support timely and effective stakeholder communication and engagement across key strategic projects; draw connections and help align work where possible

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or investment banking (or comparable)
  • Ability to use PowerBI (or similar tools like Tableau)
