• Conceptual and strategic thinking, with a constant flow of new ideas
• Knowledge of digital trends and innovations in the field of channel marketing
• Understanding of digital channels, social media platforms, and their users
• Excellent German language skills and good English language skills
• Presentation skills and passion for ideas, high standards for creativity
