Summary

Geek Powered Studios is seeking a senior-level Paid Media Manager to join their team. The role involves optimizing digital ad campaigns across multiple platforms, developing and implementing strategies, analyzing and reporting on KPIs, and staying informed with industry best practices and trends.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of growing and retaining paid media accounts
  • Minimum of 4 years in direct paid search client management and strategy development
  • 4+ years of Search Engine Marketing experience in an agency setting
  • Expert-level experience in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Tag Manager, Performance Max, and Google Analytics
  • Hands-on experience with Google Shopping and Data Feeds
  • 2+ years of Facebook experience in an agency setting - other social media platforms a plus
  • Working knowledge of YouTube full-funnel marketing and other paid channels such as TikTok, and Amazon
  • 2+ years of E-Commerce experience
  • Shopify experience is a big plus

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day management, analysis, and optimization of clients' paid accounts
  • Participate in client onboarding, monthly cadence calls, quarterly and year-end presentations, and other client communications as needed
  • Plan, develop, and execute paid search strategies and campaigns across multiple platforms such as Google, Bing, Simpli.fi, LinkedIn, Meta, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok, etc
  • Manage campaign budgets on a daily basis and be responsible for CPA, conversion rate, volume, and ROAS
  • Create and execute successful keyword management, creative testing, and bidding strategies to achieve customer acquisition goals
  • Write compelling ad copy for paid media campaigns
  • Create and implement campaign A/B test experiments to identify optimal campaign settings
  • Provide campaign insights through keyword and competitor research, keyword testing, negative keyword management, script implementation
  • Maintain alignment and optimization between keywords, page content, and ad copy
  • Create ads and audiences based on funnel segmentation
  • Utilize best practices to manage campaign strategies, structure, and reporting
  • Provide thought leadership and competitive strategies to find market gaps for increased campaign success across multiple clients
  • Utilize reporting tools (Google Analytics, Agency Analytics, Optmyzr) to develop insights and action items to achieve clients’ goals
  • Conduct detailed SEM audits for campaign research
  • Stay informed with PPC and paid social industry best practices, new trends and technologies, and platform updates
