Senior Digital Designer

Summary

Join Definity First as a Senior Digital Designer and play a key role in shaping our digital experiences. You will be responsible for UI/UX design, branding, and content creation, ensuring engaging and intuitive digital assets aligned with our brand. This remote position is open to candidates from Mexico and LATAM. You will design and enhance UI/UX for web and mobile applications, develop branding materials, create Figma mock-ups, and collaborate with marketing and development teams. A Computer Science/Information Technology Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is required. Definity First offers a diverse and inclusive work environment.

Requirements

• UI/UX design experience for web and mobile applications
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe XD
• Strong knowledge of Design Thinking
• Ability to create interactive prototypes and high-fidelity mock-ups
• Experience in branding and content creation for digital platforms
• Strong time management skills, Able to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Team player with great collaboration skills
• Advanced English
• Computer Science/Information Technology Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Design & enhance UI/UX for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience
• Develop branding materials and marketing content for social media & sales enablement
• Create Figma mock-ups & interactive prototypes for sales demos
• Ensure consistency in visual identity across all digital assets
• Collaborate with marketing & development teams to align design goals with business objectives
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends & best practices to continuously improve our design solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with motion graphics & animations (Adobe After Effects)
• Knowledge of video editing (Adobe Premiere)
• Experience with Adobe InDesign for digital & print layouts
• Familiarity with Miro, InVision, and Marvel for design collaboration
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for front-end design implementation
• Experience in Adobe Captivate for e-learning content
