Requirements
- At least 5-7 years in digital product design, with at least 2 years in a B2B environment
- Demonstrated experience working on digital platforms or complex digital products, ideally through a portfolio or at least detailed case studies you can present during the interview process
- Broad design skills & deep specialization in at least one area: Visual UI design, design systems, or research
- Ability to independently collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (product management, development, research, marketing, sales) to consistently deliver design solutions
- Outstanding communication, leadership, and presentation skills enabling clear and persuasive communication of design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- A lot of mindfulness towards your colleagues
- Results-oriented with enthusiasm for agile working environments
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for tackling complex technical and UX challenges
Responsibilities
- Independently lead the conception and design of critical parts of the digital workplace for thousands of users actively driving the energy transition
- Design AI-based features in a user-centric and intuitive way
- Proactively address and resolve complex requirements and cross-team dependencies
- Increase design maturity across the organization by actively developing our design system and sharing your insights on design processes and governance
- Utilize data, analytics and user testing to continuously validate design concepts and ensure user-centric solutions
- Work autonomously across the entire product design lifecycle—from strategic research and conception to delivering high-quality designs and conducting usability tests. Know your weaknesses and seek help from other spcia
- Iteratively develop new and existing features, ensuring designs are functional, visually appealing, and strategically compelling
- Stay continuously updated on industry trends and external influences that impact our solution designs
- Actively bring in your perspectives and ideas, organizing workshops or design sprints when necessary to create strategic clarity
