Summary

The job is for a Senior Director of Americas Tax at financial technology company Circle. The role involves leading a team of tax professionals, advising on organizational matters, collaborating with other leaders, managing outsourced service providers, building and mentoring a strong team, and staying updated with changes in tax laws.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience at a multinational corporation and/or public accounting firm
• Master’s Degree in Accounting, Taxation, MBA, or JD preferred
• CPA preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of tax professionals to keep up to date on tax technical skills, tax technology skills and implement advanced automated solutions to drive efficiencies
• Advise and provide guidance and input on various organizational matters and strategic organization design

Benefits

• Base Pay Range: $220,000 - $275,000
• Annual Bonus Target: 25%
