Summary

Join our team of passionate makers and technologists to help the world see sports differently through products that make it easier to capture video, analyze data, share highlights and do a lot more. We're looking for a Senior Engineering Director to lead our Hardware team building the next generation of Hudl's software-enabled cameras and wearables.

Requirements

  • Experience building complex hardware solutions. You have a minimum of 15 years of industry experience in hardware engineering and product development, with experience delivering new products through manufacturing partners and sustaining manufactured products through the product lifecycle
  • Formal education. You’ve received a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a related field
  • Cross-functional relationship builder. You understand the importance of building strong partnerships with Product, Sales, Marketing, Support and other departments
  • Formal leadership experience. You have directly managed a team of at least a dozen Engineers
  • Domain knowledge. You’ve worked on IoT devices (similar to wearable technology and camera systems)
  • Subject matter expertise. You have a very strong understanding of electronics design, firmware development and manufacturing processes
