Requirements

  • 10+ years experience in securing and supporting partnerships at global scale
  • Track record of success managing a Global Team
  • In-depth understanding of alliance/partner organization, key stakeholders, overall strategy, company culture, market offering and joint value proposition
  • Deep domain experience in enterprise infrastructure, cloud and analytics space
  • Global SI partner management experience spanning AMER, EMEA & APAC
  • Experience working and building unique channel relationships and complex contract negotiations
  • Experience working in a high growth, entrepreneurial organization that has seen scale from $500M-$2B

Responsibilities

  • Expand and develop a partnership focused on delivering predictable and recurring growth within a mutually defined plan
  • Manage a set of Partner Account Managers to execute a Global Strategy with Accenture
  • Help accelerate Databricks' and the partner's adoption within new opportunities and use case expansion
  • Develop a training strategy resulting in practice growth and knowledge expansion
  • Secure investment and establish programs around repeatable IP and solution investments, resulting in essential go-to market plans
  • Launch go to market events and mindshare activities that promote joint customer adoption and new logos
  • Create and foster executive level relationships at all levels within the partnership
  • Create a mutually structured plan; track important metrics that address needs of partners and key team members across sales, customer success, training, marketing and product
