Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience in client strategy, sales marketing, or media solutions, with a proven track record in RFP management and top-client servicing
- Expertise in developing advertising strategies across digital, branded content, social, and programmatic
- A strong storyteller with the ability to translate data, insights, and creative solutions into compelling sales narratives
- Deep understanding of media buying, audience segmentation, and ad tech trends
- A collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted strategic partner to Fandom’s top clients and agencies, ensuring alignment with their business goals
- Lead RFP responses, crafting compelling proposals that showcase Fandom’s unique audience insights, media solutions, and branded content opportunities
- Develop custom client solutions, leveraging Fandom’s first-party data, community insights, and high-impact ad formats
- Collaborate with sales, research, product, and GTM teams to develop tailored packages that drive measurable results
- Establish a strategic framework for client proposals, ensuring consistency and effectiveness in our pitch materials
- Partner with sales leadership to identify key category growth opportunities and customize vertical-specific narratives for specific clients
- Stay ahead of industry trends and cultural moments, working with the GTM Strategy team to proactively customize sales packages that align with market demand
- Identify scalable ad franchises and repeatable content formats and share with GTM Strategy team
- Regularly assess campaign performance, post-sale insights, and advertiser success stories to refine and enhance future proposals
- Partner with client success and analytics teams to ensure that campaign KPIs align with brand objectives and deliver ROI
- Lead client proposals, presentation and meetings in partnership with sales
- Ensure the sales and client strategy teams are well-versed in Fandom’s offerings
- Manage and mentor a high-performing client strategy team, fostering professional growth and expertise
- As a member of the revenue leadership team, collaborate cross-functionally with GTM, research, sales, and content teams to provide beast-in-class solutions
- Champion a solutions-oriented approach, ensuring Fandom is seen as a go-to partner for advertisers
