We're looking for a Senior Director of Engineering to lead a set of teams responsible for member funnel optimization and agile delivery of emergent customer-, member-, and sales-requested feature opportunities.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years experience as a second level engineering manager (manager of managers)
  • At least 5 years of experience with Ruby, Rails, React, TypeScript and/or Flutter
  • Track record of data fluency and objective measures of impact
  • Track record of proactive and collaborative leadership style
  • Track record of strong talent management and organizational health success

Responsibilities

  • Owning development and delivery of member funnel improvements
  • Applying your growth experience to implement best practices
  • Improving engineering velocity and efficiency through investments in developer experience and talent growth
  • Providing directional leadership and oversight for strategic product initiatives
  • Managing a thriving team of Engineering Managers and Staff Engineers
  • Contributing to the Member Experience leadership team and overall product strategy
  • Prioritizing and sponsoring engineering initiatives
