Develop and execute short-term and long-term financial plans, providing strategic financial advice to executive leadership. Evaluate the Go-to-Market elements of proposed capital projects and monitor project costs and outcomes. Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with Go-to-Market activities. Prepare reports on financial performance, including revenue, cost variances, and marketing metrics. This is a full-time, remote position.
Requirements

- Public Accounting experience
- 10+ years in financial planning and analysis roles with 5+ years in a leadership leading high performing teams strategically aligned with core business objectives
- Revenue Operations Experience
- Educational Publishing Finance Experience
- Accounting or Finance degree; Masterβs preferred
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute near-term and long-range financial plans, including scenario analysis
- Working with the GTM leaders and the VP of Finance, develop and implement long-term GTM financial models based on KPIs and aligned with the company's overall financial strategy and goals
- Provide strategic financial advice and support to executive leadership on various initiatives
- Contribute to and evaluate the GTM elements of proforma projections of proposed capital projects to ensure reasonable expectations and sufficient funding to support outcomes
- Working with functional counterparts, put in place mechanisms to estimate, measure and report on costs and outcomes of GTM projects
- Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with GTM activities and forecasts
- Prepare reports on the financial performance of supported GTM and Operations teams, including revenue and price yield, cost variances, and marketing project performance metrics
Benefits
- The expected base salary range for this position is $182,000-$207,000, however the offered salary may be higher or lower than the above range dependent on numerous factors including, but not limited to location, work experience, skills and internal equity considerations
- The base salary is not inclusive of benefits or other incentives
