You will need 10+ years of product management experience in the ad tech industry, a deep understanding of ad measurement, and strong technical and communication skills. Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience within the ad tech industry, with a good mix of measurement, digital advertising, and data platforms
  • Proven ability to collaborate directly with clients (e.g., advertisers, agencies) to understand their measurement needs, challenges, and objectives, and translate those into effective product solutions
  • Experience in leading client presentations and product demonstrations, effectively communicating the value and benefits of complex measurement solutions
  • Adept at gathering and analyzing customer feedback to inform product development and prioritization, ensuring that solutions address real-world needs and use cases
  • Deep understanding of ad measurement challenges, data partnerships, methodologies, technologies, and ecosystem
  • Proven ability to lead the development and launch of successful data-driven products
  • Experience utilizing product frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Jobs To Be Done (JTBD), design thinking) to define product requirements, prioritize features, and develop user-centric measurement solutions
  • Demonstrated understanding of agency needs and workflows, with the ability to develop measurement products that seamlessly integrate into their planning, execution, and reporting processes
  • Strong technical acumen and understanding of APIs, data infrastructure, and data workflows
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, data science, sales, and marketing teams
  • Lastly, a passion for innovation and a desire to shape the future of advertising and measurement

Responsibilities

  • Build and evolve products that provide actionable insights into advertising effectiveness across display, mobile, CTV, linear TV and emerging channels, leveraging Nexxenโ€™s unique data and technologies like SSP, DSP, Data, and ACR
  • Drive the development and enhancement of integrations that support seamless data availability in downstream advertising platforms and campaign reporting for Nexxen's clients and partners
  • Define, implement, and optimize data flows across internal and external systems to ensure efficient data ingestion, transformation, and delivery, supporting Nexxenโ€™s focus on a unified view of the audience
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and analytics teams to structure data tables and reporting solutions that address key challenges, such as: Lack of standardized measurement tools across various media channels; Holistic reach and frequency methodologies; Measuring outcomes, attribution and incremental reach across channels; Measurement reports for various advertising tactics
  • Create and communicate product strategy, roadmap, plans, and progress to internal and external stakeholders
  • Keep pace with industry trends, emerging technologies, and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA etc.) to ensure Nexxen's measurement solutions remains compliant
  • Define and track key metrics and KPIs to measure campaign success, drive adoption, and bring continuous improvements
