Summary

Join M3 USA's NAS Recruitment Innovation team as a Senior Director of Client Services, leading client engagement, ensuring exceptional service and measurable impact. You will oversee client strategy, account growth, team leadership, and operational excellence. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, along with extensive experience in client services and strategic marketing within recruitment marketing or employer branding. You will manage a team, drive strategic planning, and ensure alignment between client objectives and internal execution. Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in client services, account leadership, or strategic marketing—preferably within recruitment marketing, talent acquisition, or employer branding
  • Deep understanding of talent acquisition, employer value propositions (EVPs), programmatic job advertising, and digital media
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
  • Proven success managing large-scale enterprise clients or complex multi-channel campaigns
  • Strong leadership experience with the ability to mentor, inspire, and grow teams
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital media, paid social, programmatic advertising, and analytics

Responsibilities

  • Serve as senior contact for key client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships
  • Serve as the senior point of contact for key clients
  • Ensure clients receive top-tier service, strategic guidance, and innovative solutions
  • Resolve high-level client issues or escalations
  • Drive strategic planning across accounts to meet clients’ hiring goals and elevate their employer brand
  • Ensure alignment between client objectives and internal execution, from concept to delivery
  • Lead and mentor a team of Account Directors, Client Strategists, and Project Managers
  • Set clear performance goals and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability
  • Identify and drive organic growth opportunities within existing accounts
  • Partner with the new business team on pitches and proposals, contributing to the agency’s overall growth strategy
  • Establish and refine processes to ensure scalability, consistency, and quality across client engagements
  • Monitor account health, budget utilization, and campaign performance, ensuring profitability and client ROI
  • Monitor budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure efficient project execution
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive process improvements

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with ATS/CRM platforms, recruitment technologies, and candidate journey optimization is a plus
