Summary

Join Consensus as their Senior Director of HR and play a pivotal role in shaping their culture of high performance and hyper-alignment. Lead all facets of the employee experience, from talent development and organizational design to employee engagement and HR operations. Develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy aligned with the company's business goals and growth trajectory. Oversee recruitment, employee development, and performance management processes. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, offering insights on leadership, organizational development, and talent management. Ensure global HR compliance and foster a positive and productive work environment. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role for someone passionate about building great teams and enabling employees to excel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 10 years of progressive HR experience is required, with a minimum of 2 years in a Director position
  • Demonstrated track record of developing effective relationships across all levels of the organizations and with diverse client groups
  • Excellent presentation, verbal and communication skills; must be an articulate and persuasive communicator

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy that supports the company’s business goals, vision, and growth trajectory
  • Lead and drive cultural initiatives to enhance employee engagement, collaboration, and innovation globally and across all levels of the organization
  • Act as a trusted advisor and member of the senior leadership team, offering insights on leadership, organizational development, and talent management to shape the company’s strategic direction
  • Leverage HR technologies and data analytics to drive data-driven decision-making, track key metrics, and improve operational efficiencies
  • Oversee the recruitment strategy to attract and retain top talent, ensuring the company has the right people in the right roles at every stage of growth
  • Lead initiatives for employee development, including leadership training, career progression, and succession planning to build a robust internal talent pipeline
  • Drive performance management processes, ensuring clear expectations, accountability, and continuous feedback
  • Own all employee benefit programs, including compensation and benefits programs, leave management, and recognition programs that attract and retain top talent
  • Be a culture ambassador and drive our core values throughout the employee experience, including developing and owning the strategy, and driving execution and alignment as we scale our fully remote, global workforce
  • Own and drive the internal communications strategy to ensure clear, consistent, and engaging communication and drive alignment across the organization
  • Provide expert guidance and support on employee relations matters, fostering a positive and productive work environment, including conflict resolution strategies to ensure fair and consistent application of policies
  • Ensure global HR compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and jurisdictions
  • Develop, optimize, and communicate clear HR policies and procedures in accordance with best practices

Preferred Qualifications

  • PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP preferred
  • Experience in SaaS preferred
