Lead all facets of the employee experience, from talent development and organizational design to employee engagement and HR operations. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 10 years of progressive HR experience is required, with a minimum of 2 years in a Director position
- Demonstrated track record of developing effective relationships across all levels of the organizations and with diverse client groups
- Excellent presentation, verbal and communication skills; must be an articulate and persuasive communicator
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy that supports the company’s business goals, vision, and growth trajectory
- Lead and drive cultural initiatives to enhance employee engagement, collaboration, and innovation globally and across all levels of the organization
- Act as a trusted advisor and member of the senior leadership team, offering insights on leadership, organizational development, and talent management to shape the company’s strategic direction
- Leverage HR technologies and data analytics to drive data-driven decision-making, track key metrics, and improve operational efficiencies
- Oversee the recruitment strategy to attract and retain top talent, ensuring the company has the right people in the right roles at every stage of growth
- Lead initiatives for employee development, including leadership training, career progression, and succession planning to build a robust internal talent pipeline
- Drive performance management processes, ensuring clear expectations, accountability, and continuous feedback
- Own all employee benefit programs, including compensation and benefits programs, leave management, and recognition programs that attract and retain top talent
- Be a culture ambassador and drive our core values throughout the employee experience, including developing and owning the strategy, and driving execution and alignment as we scale our fully remote, global workforce
- Own and drive the internal communications strategy to ensure clear, consistent, and engaging communication and drive alignment across the organization
- Provide expert guidance and support on employee relations matters, fostering a positive and productive work environment, including conflict resolution strategies to ensure fair and consistent application of policies
- Ensure global HR compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and jurisdictions
- Develop, optimize, and communicate clear HR policies and procedures in accordance with best practices
Preferred Qualifications
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP preferred
- Experience in SaaS preferred
