Senior Email Strategist

Summary

Join Power Digital, a tech-enabled growth firm, as a Lifecycle Marketing Senior Strategist. You will be responsible for developing and executing email and SMS marketing campaigns, optimizing performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role requires 5+ years of email marketing experience, strong analytical skills, and expertise in email platforms like Klaviyo or Hubspot. You will manage 5-7 accounts, focusing on high-volume or complex projects. Requirements

• 5+ years experience in email marketing strategy, production and end-to-end campaign management
• Strong analytical and strategic copywriting skills, understanding of A/B testing practices, ability to draw conclusions from data and take action accordingly
• Hands-on experience with email platforms such as Klaviyo, Hubspot, Braze, or similar
• SMS experience
• Expertise in email best practices, including segmentation, deliverability, copy and design approaches
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email coding
• Strong communication, rapport building and presentation skills, as well as the ability to navigate difficult conversations

Responsibilities

• Define and drive email marketing strategy for Power Digital clients
• Manage daily operations of the email marketing channel – marketing calendar, strategy and content, build and deployment of email campaigns, as well as the A/B testing, measurement and reporting
• Build and manage automated email marketing programs for our clients and ensure end-to-end tracking and proper measurement
• Use data to continuously test, measure and optimize the email marketing program
• Partner and collaborate cross-functionally with other internal digital channels
• Deliver reporting metrics, key learnings and strategic recommendations to clients
• Information sharing, and training team on strategic tactics and implementation tools
• Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes
• Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department
