Senior Email Strategist

Summary

Join Power Digital as a Lifecycle Marketing Senior Strategist and lead email and SMS marketing campaigns for diverse clients. You will define and execute email marketing strategies, manage daily operations, build automated programs, and leverage data for optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, deliver performance reports, and mentor team members. This role requires 5+ years of email marketing experience, strong analytical and copywriting skills, and expertise in email platforms like Klaviyo or Hubspot. The ideal candidate will also possess SMS marketing experience and a working knowledge of HTML/CSS. Requirements

• 5+ years experience in email marketing strategy, production and end-to-end campaign management
• Strong analytical and strategic copywriting skills, understanding of A/B testing practices, ability to draw conclusions from data and take action accordingly
• Hands-on experience with email platforms such as Klaviyo, Hubspot, Braze, or similar
• SMS experience
• Expertise in email best practices, including segmentation, deliverability, copy and design approaches
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email coding
• Strong communication, rapport building and presentation skills, as well as the ability to navigate difficult conversations

Responsibilities

• Define and drive email marketing strategy for Power Digital clients
• Manage daily operations of the email marketing channel – marketing calendar, strategy and content, build and deployment of email campaigns, as well as the A/B testing, measurement and reporting
• Build and manage automated email marketing programs for our clients and ensure end-to-end tracking and proper measurement
• Use data to continuously test, measure and optimize the email marketing program
• Partner and collaborate cross-functionally with other internal digital channels
• Deliver reporting metrics, key learnings and strategic recommendations to clients
• Information sharing, and training team on strategic tactics and implementation tools
• Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes
• Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department
