Summary

Adfix is seeking a data-driven and creative Senior Email & SMS Specialist to take their clients' email and SMS marketing strategies to the next level. The role involves developing and executing email and SMS campaigns, designing templates, performing A/B testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in email and SMS marketing
• Proficient in email marketing platforms - Klaviyo & Postscript is preferred
• Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, and automation
• Experience with HTML and CSS for email template design and coding
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track and measure campaign performance metrics
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in email and SMS marketing

Responsibilities

• Increase customer lifetime value (Increase sales from existing email & sms lists, improved customer retention, decreasing customer churn)
• Grow email & sms lists
• Develop compelling email and SMS marketing strategies that align with client goals and objectives
• Create and manage email and SMS marketing campaigns across multiple platforms and tools, including Klaviyo, Postscript
• Design and code responsive email templates and mobile-friendly SMS messages
• Create and execute segmentation strategies to target specific customer segments
• Write engaging copy that drives action and conversions
• Perform A/B testing and analyze campaign performance to optimize results
• Monitor deliverability and inbox placement rates to ensure high deliverability
