Senior Engineer

Join our dynamic and global Digital Product Engineering company as a Quality Assurance professional! We're looking for experienced individuals with a passion for testing and a minimum of 3 years in QA or software development. You'll be involved in mobile app testing, automation using various frameworks, and working with developers to solve complex testing issues. Proficiency in Selenium and Arabic is required, while experience with Java/Python/JavaScript is a plus. Your role will involve contributing to our Agile development process and leveraging your knowledge of CI/CD, testing methodologies, and tools.

Requirements

• Have more than 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance field and/or as a Software Developer
• Possess Selenium and Arabic skills

Responsibilities

• Program (using Java/Python/JavaScript) or be interested in learning to program
• Test mobile apps and automate using any frameworks
• Write basic SQL
• Determine the most effective location for automated tests (Unit, Integration, E2E)
• Communicate effectively with developers
• Understand the benefits and costs of manual testing
• Continuously improve testing skills
• Help solve complex testing issues
• Work with testing frameworks and tools similar to Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, Junit, Appium, Espresso, Postman, Rest Assured, jMeter etc
• Understand CI/CD concepts and best practices, including build and source control automation tools such as Jenkins, Git, MS Azure Devops
• Apply knowledge of test automation, Mobile Testing, TDD, BDD, functional testing, SIT, regression testing, performance testing, GUI testing, web service testing, and browser compatibility testing
• Work within a software development environment and understand Agile software development processes
• Understand auto-scaling software solutions and monitoring tools (Splunk)
• Understand the E2E system landscape
• Perform API/Web Service testing
• Demonstrate knowledge of banking processes and customer needs
