Join Noyo, a leading benefits infrastructure company, as a Platform Engineer and contribute to building and maintaining Noyo's API and App offerings for benefits platforms.

Requirements

• Have built modern web applications in a product-driven environment
• Feel comfortable balancing risk, speed, and quality in your development process
• Have worked in an agile environment with continuous integration, along with rigorous logging and monitoring practices in a production environment
• Minimum of 5 years of full-time professional experience
• Relevant practical experience or Bachelor's degree in an engineering field

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Noyo’s API and App offerings for benefits platforms
• Work closely with all teams to expose the carrier network and core functionality in a cohesive, unified experience
• Spend the majority of your day building the Noyo product
• Continuously improve the performance, reliability, and scalability of our systems to support business growth and meet customer needs
• Work closely with other engineers on the team to build new features from ideation to launch and beyond
• Collaborate with the Noyo Product Team and cross-functional stakeholders to design the systems you are building and validate they are truly solving impactful problems
• Make effective tradeoffs that consider business priorities, user experience, and a sustainable technical foundation
• Collaborate with the Noyo Operations Team to gather requirements, provide technical support, and ensure seamless functionality of our solutions
