Senior Engineer

Summary

Join VGW's Engineering team in Poland as a Senior Engineer and contribute to the development of a new platform's backend system. You will focus on building a customer segmentation system for millions of players, tackling large-scale challenges. The team emphasizes doing things the right way, project ownership, cloud-based practices (CI/CD, IaC, O11y, CyberSec), and continuous learning and development. Requirements

• Proven experience with AWS or other cloud-based architectures
• Strong knowledge of Kotlin, JVM or similar programming languages
• Experience with DynamoDB, Flink, Kafka, or related databases and streaming services
• Ability to design and optimise systems for scalability and performance
• Able to lead the delivery of technical projects
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
