Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in engineering management, program management, engineering or business operations, or related roles in a high-growth and complex environment
- Ability to bring clarity to complex areas of collaboration at the company level
- Is metrics and data-driven and has a commercially minded approach when solving problems
- Has strong business acumen, allowing you to make strategic business decisions that drive the business forward
- Effectively communicates with and influences cross-functional stakeholders
- Is a strong decision-maker who effectively balances ambiguity, available data, speed, and iteration
- Ability to operate at multiple altitudes, from driving the execution of a product launch to developing our long-term product operations strategy
Responsibilities
- Ownership and management of engineering tooling
- Develop and own engineering development process and associated templates
- Directly project manage cross-functional engineering-led initiatives
- Manage engineering-specific rhythm of the business inclusive of aggregate resourcing, offsites, and special projects/ programs
- Partner with finance/procurement to manage engineering usage/spending across all vendors and teams
