Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in higher education admissions, with a deep expertise in enrollment data, analysis, and/or operations
  • Passion for using data and analytics to solve problems
  • Strong communicator/presenter - able to make data-driven recommendations to senior leadership and break down complex data into straightforward takeaways
  • Experience with business intelligence tools, statistical software and analysis

Responsibilities

  • Analyze data from structured reports to surface insights to internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Utilize SQL and R to clean, query, and analyze Niche platform and college enrollment data
  • Join calls with college partners to provide data-informed insights and recommendations
  • Lead partner implementations of Niche Direct Admissions product including CRM configuration and data integration
  • Use experience and insights to improve processes and help shape company products

Preferred Qualifications

  • SQL, R, or Python experience
  • Slate captain or other education CRM power user

  • Our national target base salary range is $85,000-$105,000, plus participation in our Annual Bonus and Stock Option Program. Base compensation will be commensurate with experience and skills
