Summary
Join Axon's Enterprise team as a Senior Account Executive and be a key leader in expanding our reach beyond public safety. This is a quota-carrying role focused on selling our products and services to new verticals like retail, healthcare, and private security, both directly and through partners. You will play a crucial role in building the Enterprise go-to-market strategy and team, working closely with the GM. This remote position requires significant travel (50%) and is preferably located in the Central or Western US, within an hour of a major airport. The role demands strong sales experience, executive communication skills, and the ability to navigate large accounts and integrators. Axon offers competitive compensation, including uncapped commissions, discretionary PTO, and a supportive parental leave policy.
Requirements
- At least 7+ years working in sales and/or channel for a technology company preferably in software, SaaS, cloud, collaboration
- Track record of sales and channel sales success
- Experience with executive level engagements and communication
- Experience with large VARβs and Systems Integrators
- Open to travel 50%
Responsibilities
- Own and build our earliest and largest sales to customers in new verticals at Axon
- Manage and grow revenue and market share to achieve Axonβs strategic objectives
- Build business plans with internal and external stakeholders to drive Axon adoption
- Execute sales training and provide marketing support
- Develop and maintain client and partner relationships to ultimately drive revenue growth
