Summary

Requirements

• Expert-level knowledge in Oracle NetSuite and Salesforce; familiarity with Workday and Sage Intacct is a plus
• 5+ years of experience managing ERP systems in a complex organizational environment, with SaaS experience a plus
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Project management experience and ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Certifications in relevant ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite Administrator, Salesforce Administrator, Sage Intacct: System Administrator) preferred
• Strong knowledge of ERP <> Salesforce best practices and methodologies
• Strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work with teams and stakeholders of different backgrounds and time zones in a multicultural environment
• Experience working with Agile teams and use of tools such as Jira, Confluence, Monday, etc
• Motivated, high-potential performer, with demonstrated ability to influence and lead
• Able to solve complex problems and successfully manage ambiguity and unexpected change

Responsibilities

• Oversee the administration, configuration, and maintenance of our ERP system (Current: Sage Intacct. Future: Oracle NetSuite)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and objectives for ERP projects
• Analyze business needs and recommend enhancements to improve system functionality
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of ERP solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Customize workflows, reports, and dashboards to optimize business processes within the ERP systems
• Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to enhance ERP capabilities and drive innovation
• Manage upgrades, patches, and system enhancements to keep our ERP systems up-to-date
• Provide training to end-users on ERP system functionality, best practices, and new features
• Offer ongoing support to resolve user issues and troubleshoot system-related problems
• Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Implement access controls, user roles, and permissions within the ERP systems
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate ERP systems with other business applications
• Customize workflows, reports, and dashboards to meet specific business needs
• Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize system resources
• Proactively address performance issues and recommend improvements
• Conduct technical solution reviews and provide recommendations for improved adoption and usage
• Maintain accurate documentation related to system configurations, processes, and procedures
• Continuously evaluate and enhance ERP-related processes for efficiency and effectiveness
• Mentor team members in technology, architecture, and application delivery
