Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in a high-level EA role, ideally within fast-paced, high-volume environments
  • Proven experience managing and mentoring other EAs, with a track record of establishing effective workflows and collaborative practices
  • Exceptional organizational and coordination skills, with meticulous attention to detail and strong follow-through
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to anticipate needs, proactively solve problems, and operate independently
  • A self-sufficient, autonomous work style with a talent for prioritization

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative and operational support, focusing on establishing and maintaining organized, efficient workflows that empower our team
  • Act as a key resource and support for our EA team, working to build consistent practices and streamlined processes
  • Maintain and support critical executives' calendars, travel, email inboxes, and relationships
  • Coordinate meetings and clear conflicts for our senior leadership team; ensure critical meetings aren’t missed or delayed and are prioritized successfully
  • Set an exemplary standard of organization and professionalism that others can look to as a model, fostering a cohesive and efficient EA function company-wide
  • Oversee the daily operations of our San Francisco office, ensuring a well-organized, efficient, and welcoming workspace

Preferred Qualifications

Preference for local to the Bay Area and open to coming into the office sporadically (1-2 a month) and when leaders come to town
