Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a high-level EA role, ideally within fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Proven experience managing and mentoring other EAs, with a track record of establishing effective workflows and collaborative practices
- Exceptional organizational and coordination skills, with meticulous attention to detail and strong follow-through
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to anticipate needs, proactively solve problems, and operate independently
- A self-sufficient, autonomous work style with a talent for prioritization
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative and operational support, focusing on establishing and maintaining organized, efficient workflows that empower our team
- Act as a key resource and support for our EA team, working to build consistent practices and streamlined processes
- Maintain and support critical executives' calendars, travel, email inboxes, and relationships
- Coordinate meetings and clear conflicts for our senior leadership team; ensure critical meetings arenβt missed or delayed and are prioritized successfully
- Set an exemplary standard of organization and professionalism that others can look to as a model, fostering a cohesive and efficient EA function company-wide
- Oversee the daily operations of our San Francisco office, ensuring a well-organized, efficient, and welcoming workspace
Preferred Qualifications
Preference for local to the Bay Area and open to coming into the office sporadically (1-2 a month) and when leaders come to town
