Summary

Join Strive Health as a Sr. Executive Assistant and provide comprehensive administrative support to the Market Operations Leadership team. Manage complex calendars, coordinate high-level meetings, and serve as a trusted partner to senior executives. Responsibilities include planning quarterly board meetings, managing executive travel, and supporting regional team meetings and events. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and possesses exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. This role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 4+ years of executive assistant experience supporting senior-level leadership. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 4+ years of executive assistant experience supporting senior-level leadership in fast-paced environments

Responsibilities

  • Organize and manage complex calendars/schedules for Market Operations leadership across multiple time zones
  • Manage all travel for Market Operations Leadership including bookings, accommodation, etc
  • Work closely with Strive’s accounting function on expense/invoice management
  • Plan and organize quarterly board meetings and other ad-hoc company/regional meetings or events
  • Partner with Strive’s Sr. Executive Assistants on executing various projects and deliverables

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with professional demeanor
  • Experience in travel booking systems and expense management software
  • Experience in high-growth healthcare or technology companies
  • Strong organizational skills and detail orientation
  • Strong project management skills
  • Exceptional communication skills and tact, with the ability to understand and react to different communication styles among internal and external constituents
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to be a self-starter
