This role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 4+ years of executive assistant experience supporting senior-level leadership. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 4+ years of executive assistant experience supporting senior-level leadership in fast-paced environments
Responsibilities
- Organize and manage complex calendars/schedules for Market Operations leadership across multiple time zones
- Manage all travel for Market Operations Leadership including bookings, accommodation, etc
- Work closely with Strive’s accounting function on expense/invoice management
- Plan and organize quarterly board meetings and other ad-hoc company/regional meetings or events
- Partner with Strive’s Sr. Executive Assistants on executing various projects and deliverables
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with professional demeanor
- Experience in travel booking systems and expense management software
- Experience in high-growth healthcare or technology companies
- Strong organizational skills and detail orientation
- Strong project management skills
- Exceptional communication skills and tact, with the ability to understand and react to different communication styles among internal and external constituents
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to be a self-starter
