Summary

The Senior Experience Designer is a key member of Aledade's XDR team, focusing on visual design aspects for their products & services. The role involves partnering with cross-functional teams to identify user problems, gather and articulate concepts, deliver designs, and contribute to the evolution of the XDR practice.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional experience in product and interaction design
  • Fluency in usability best practices and their application to unique design challenges
  • Fluency and skill with a variety of design related tools (e.g., Figma, Miro, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Practice Adoption and others to identify user problems and shape how they will be solved
  • Gather, articulate, and visualize key concepts and patterns using storyboards, user journey maps, etc. in order to drive strong cross functional alignment and enable effective decision-making about possible approaches
  • Deliver user flows, low fidelity prototypes, high fidelity design comps, and build specifications for high quality digital workflows that fit within broader end-to-end service experiences
  • Support engineering delivery with design documentation, rationale, and conversations that ensures intent is translated to the end user experience
  • Contribute to the evolution of our Experience Design & Research practice, playbook, and knowledge base

Preferred Qualifications

A portfolio showing deep expertise in visual design, with additional expertise in one other facet of design (experience design, interaction design, content design, etc)
